Upon confirmation of the design, the fabric membrane will be cut according to the drawings.It will then proceed on the welding process before it is carefully packed & stored under dry & well ventilated before it is transported to the site.

Surveying works are carried out by licensed surveyors to locate the positions of the columns.Based-plates are check to ensure all hold down bolts are levelled according to construction drawings before erection of steel structure.All steel structures are erected through bolt tightening. The steel structures will always be coated with 2 layers of PU paint.Fabrics are laid down on a clean ground sheet, located to its correct orientations before being hoisted up and tightened to the steel structures.

All sign of dirt or panels that are visible to the naked eye shall be removed.The warranty of the fabric and steel design shall range from 3 to 10 years, depending on the type of materials used.
